Juan Carlos Gomez finally made
his American debut in 2001 after fighting only once previously outside of
Germany. Gomez did another first by moving up to Heavyweight and easily
beating journeyman Al Cole. Now, Gomez has relinquished his WBC Cruiserweight
title and campaigning solely in the Heavyweight division. It is unknown
as to what Gomez is going to do next , but a decision needs to be made soon
if he wants to be a part of the Heavyweight title picture. |
