In one of the most anticipated Middleweight bouts in the history of boxing two great warriors will put their reputation and possibly careers on the line as they strive to become an all time great. Trinidad a traditionally slow starter will try to test his opponents supposed granite chin early in the fight. This entire bout comes down to how Trinidad reacts while tied up with the bigger and stronger Hopkins. Another key point will be how long will the assigned referee let the two boxers grapple on the inside. Trinidad will use his superior boxing skills to keep on the outside and pick apart Hopkins with his super accurate punches. Trinidad should be able to catch Hopkins with some big punches and perhaps send him to the canvas once or twice. Don't be surprised to see Trinidad go down once, since he has shown to have bad balance throughout his career. In the end, Trinidad will be way ahead on all the judges' scorecards, similar to how he was ahead against Vargas.
